The Wire Mill Art Foundation is a non profit organization who's purpose is to own and manage the Wire Mill Arts Center, a facility intended to be a permanent part of the social and cultural life of the community.
The WMF will do the followng:
- To solicit, raise, and receive funds grants and endowments for the purpose of
running and maintaing the facility.
- To create Membership and Subscription classes with rights, privileges of audience participation in performances and events.
- To adopt, amend, repeal, or alter the bylaws of the Wire Mill Arts Foundation as its
Board of Directors may, from time to time, determine.
- To improve the property of the Foundation, to erect, construct, and
maintain
buildings for the purposes set forth herein and to do any and all things that may be necessary or advisable in connection with the construction, maintenance, conduct and operation of a modern theater and art center
building or buildings.
